Terms and Conditions
Bridal Booking Terms & Conditions – The Studio
The following terms apply to all bridal bookings:
1. Retainer & Booking
A non-refundable retainer of 20% of the total booking cost is required to secure your wedding date. A signed contract and payment via debit or credit are required at the time of booking. E-transfers are not accepted.
2. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the wedding date. This allows time for any final adjustments to services or party size.
Any changes made before the final payment may increase or decrease your total accordingly. Once the final balance has been paid, all services are locked in and non-refundable under any circumstance.
3. Payment Policy
We do not accept split or installment payments. Only two payments are permitted: the initial retainer and the final balance. Unauthorized partial payments or early payments outside of the specified timeline may be subject to additional fees.
4. Short-Notice Bookings
Bookings made within 30 days of the wedding date require full payment at the time of booking to secure the date.
5. Postponements
In the event that your wedding date needs to be postponed, your retainer may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

Every wedding booking includes professional, on-location services tailored to your bridal party.
Hair Services Include:
• Professional hairstyling for the entire party
• Veil and accessory placement
• Guidance for safe removal of accessories
Makeup Services Include:
• Professional makeup application for the entire party
• Luxe skin preparation
• False lashes (optional but recommended)
• A customized touch-up kit including lipstick, sponge, and essential items selected for your needs
Bridal parties booking both hair and makeup services will receive all of the above.
